Mission Statement

Promote and support the real estate community through education efforts, events and ongoing partnerships with members of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® (OABR).

Standards of Excellence

These “Standards of Excellence” are intended to guide AFFILIATE Members, both individually and collectively, to maintain the highest level of professional conduct.

-AFFILIATES shall remain informed and conduct their business in accordance with all applicable laws, governmental regulations and public policies.

-AFFILIATES shall promote their business in a positive and professional manner.

-AFFILIATES shall not attempt to gain any unfair advantage over competitors by making false or misleading statements about competitors, REALTOR® Members or AFFILIATE Members.

-AFFILIATES shall respect the “Privileges and Obligations” afforded in the AFFILIATE Constitution and Bylaws and shall aspire to follow the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.

-AFFILIATES shall provide information, warranties, reports, data and services using professionally accepted guidelines and procedures.

-AFFILIATES share a common commitment to operate with integrity and stay current with new advances and policies that will further define them as leaders within their industry.
